By purchasing a ticket, entering, or attending any event at Payne Arena, you agree to comply with all venue rules, policies, and applicable laws. Admission is subject to venue capacity and security protocols. Tickets are non-refundable unless an event is officially canceled. Resale of tickets may be restricted or prohibited without prior written consent.

TERMS & CONDITIONS - THE BASICS 

Payne Arena reserves the right to deny entry or remove any individual whose behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or in violation of these terms, without refund or compensation. Attendees assume all risks and liability for personal injury, illness, loss, or damage occurring before, during, or after the event.

Audio, video, and photographic recordings may be captured during events. By entering the premises, you consent to the use of your image or likeness in promotional materials without compensation.

All content, logos, and branding associated with Payne Arena are the property of their respective owners and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized commercial use is strictly prohibited.

Use of the venue constitutes agreement to these Terms and Conditions.

Prohibited Items – Payne Arena, Hidalgo, TX

For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, the following items are strictly prohibited inside Payne Arena:

  • Weapons of any kind (including firearms, knives, pepper spray, or tasers)

  • Illegal drugs or substances

  • Outside food or beverages (including alcohol)

  • Glass containers, cans, or coolers

  • Large bags, backpacks, or luggage (small purses and clear bags may be allowed per event policy)

  • Laser pointers or flashlights

  • Professional cameras, audio/video recording devices (unless approved)

  • Drones or any remote-controlled devices

  • Noisemakers, air horns, or musical instruments

  • Fireworks or explosives

  • Skateboards, hoverboards, scooters, or bicycles

  • Signs or banners with offensive or political content

  • Pets or animals (except certified service animals)

  • Any item deemed dangerous or disruptive by arena staff

All guests are subject to search upon entry. Violations may result in denial of entry or removal from the premises without refund.
